Rico was founded in 1969, as a manufacture of plate rolls and drilling machines. In 1975, Rico began manufacturing press brakes and guillotine shears and soon began to export internationally. Sales surged in the early eighties as the reputation for quality and performance grew.

The HK PRCN line of press brakes provide a range of high performance press brakes perfectly suited for all types of production. Due to the versatility and configuration possibilities, the PRCN press brake can be used for any type of work from bending the simplest of parts to mass production of complex parts with tight tolerances.
The PRCE Electric press brake line combines high performance and precision at low power consumption. It is ideal for large productions with great demand, providing an effective reduction of cycle time. It utilizes Synchro technology to control two servo-electric axes in bending control, thus being able to compensate Y1 and Y2 axes independently.
